The story behind MadFishOne

Thirty years of commerce,
distilled into one launch button.

MadFishOne didn't start as a product idea. It started as a pattern, the same one, over and over, across three decades of building online stores: merchants with enterprise budgets got enterprise storefronts, and everyone else got compromises. We built MadFishOne to end that split.

It began in the trenches

MadFish Solutions has spent 30 years in e-commerce, not advising from the sidelines, but building: enterprise BigCommerce storefronts, complex platform migrations, B2B catalogs with thousands of SKUs, custom integrations that had to work on launch day because real revenue was flowing through them. Along the way, the stores we've built and guided have served 200M+ shoppers and driven an estimated $1.5B+ in GMV growth.

That kind of mileage teaches you something no framework can: what actually converts. Which cart flow rescues an abandoned sale. Which product page layout makes a first-time visitor trust a brand they've never heard of. Where merchants bleed money without ever seeing the leak. We've watched virtually every e-commerce mistake happen at enterprise scale, and learned how to design it out before it happens.

Then the question that wouldn't go away

Enterprise clients paid enterprise prices for that knowledge, and it was worth every dollar. But most merchants aren't enterprises. They're a founder with a product line and a phone, doing the work of ten people. They don't have six figures for a storefront, and they've been burned before by hourly quotes, scope creep, and agencies that treat "when will it be done?" as a philosophical question.

The question became: what if thirty years of building could make the next build so efficient that the price stopped depending on hours?

200 million shoppers don't follow a guess.

They follow stores engineered to convert.

AI made the answer possible

We didn't bolt AI on last quarter. MadFish built condūk, a complete AI executive team that runs real business operations, born from our founder's own need: one person, no staff, running everything. Building it taught us how to make AI do real, accountable work, not generate text, but own outcomes.

MadFishOne applies that same discipline to storefront delivery. We build your store on conversion-proven foundations. We move your data from Shopify, Shift4Shop, or WooCommerce. We capture your story in your own voice and turn it into polished site content. Thirty years of judgment behind every build, which is exactly why the price can be fixed and the delivery can be fast.

The concierge part is deliberate

Experience makes us fast. It doesn't do the listening. Every MadFishOne build includes a live onboarding call where you make the decisions that matter (look, layout, voice) and watch your store take shape in front of you. You talk; we build. That hour is the heart of the whole experience, and it will never be optional.

Native to Commerce

MadFishOne is built for the Commerce ecosystem (BigCommerce, Feedonomics, Makeswift) and aligned with where commerce is going: AI that researches, recommends, and transacts. Your storefront isn't just polished for the shoppers of today; it's structured for the agentic commerce of tomorrow.

Who's behind it

MadFishOne is engineered by MadFish Solutions, the e-commerce development and consulting firm founded by Matt Reeder, a builder and data strategist who has helped hundreds of businesses grow, from first listing to eight-figure revenue. The same hands that built for the big guys built this for you.

The site the big guys have, built for where you are now.
